Tim's Big Trek
Snowdon - Everest

Story
In October 2020 I’m going to attempt to hike from the top of the highest mountain in the Wales – Mt. Snowdon (3560ft) in Wales – to the bottom of the highest mountain in the World – Mt. Everest (17,600ft) in Nepal
That’s half the height of the Mt. Everest itself!
This will include 80 miles of Trekking through open country across 10-14 days
The question my mum asked me when I told her was, “Why on Earth would you want to do that?!!” That’s simple – we want to go further and climb higher in our work at Youth for Christ, and this seems like an epic way of saying that
Youth for Christ has existed in Llandudno for ten years! We’ve seen and done some incredible things.
We believe that it’s time to do more, go further, and climb higher. That’s why the funding raised from this adventure will help us set up a brand new centre in Wales!
We are fundarising to this end by supporting Llandudno and National Youth for Chirst, and the pionnering of a brand new centre.
