St George's Night Shelter

Story
St George's Tufnell Park is becoming a night shelter for the first week of April 2020. Each evening we'll open up and provide a hot meal for guests, a bed for the night and a cooked breakfast in the morning.
Working with CARIS Islington, we're delighted to offer our space for this week - and hope it will lead to further opportunities for hospitality to those who are homeless.
We're looking for funding to cover the costs of the shelter, which include of 280 meals for guests and volunteers, running a portable shower, laundering bedding and a LOT of tea and coffee!
