I don’t have a sufficient balance in my Stewardship giving account to use give.net, what should I do?
If you have no balance on your account when using give.net, you will be prompted to fund any new gifts by credit or debit card or from your bank account if you have an active Direct Debit registered with us. Any additional giving will show up on the give.net pages total while the gifts clear in the usual ways.
Please note – if you have recently arranged a new gift directly into your Stewardship giving account, prior to using give.net, you may see a balance displayed but the funds may still be clearing before they can be distributed. Debit or Credit card funds clear on the following working day, while Direct Debits clear around 3 working days later.
