Story

On April 27th we will be taking our little ones on a 'Onesie Walk’ in aid of the Heart of the City project at St Thomas's church, Lancaster.

The project aims to build a new church centre on the existing Renewal Centre site. This will be for the existing church ministries, such as youth and children's work, homeless ministry and groups for people with dementia, as well as for a new family life centre, which could also include debt counselling, parenting classes and marriage courses as well as providing rooms for other community groups to use.

On the 27th, we will be walking the 3 miles from Elterwater to Skelweth Bridge and back with the kids wearing their onesies. (We may also stop for a piece of cake, because you can't do a proper walk without cake!)

Please donate generously to this project, if not for the community project, do it for the very cute children!

St Thomas Church Lancaster PCC, Heart of the City

At St Thomas', we meet as a church because we have found Jesus Christ to be the truth who offers hope to all.  We want to give everyone the opportunity to find out about Jesus and the life that is possible with him.
