Story
Welcome to my Stewardship fundraising page.
To mark my 70th year, I entered the Marathon Swims event in the Olympic Pool in Stratford, London but the event was cancelled due to Covid-19.
I then entered the Marathon Swims Challenge to swim at least 10km during November to raise money for the Building Development Fund. After completing 1 swim session (1.5k) we went into another 4 week lockdown and MarathonSwims extended the deadline to 31st December. I was back in the pool in December and swam a further 9.9k before Tier 4 closed the pools.
Newport Pagnell Baptist Church are a growing, community-focused church providing opportunities for all ages. We have outgrown our 1960's building and are seeking to redevelop our site to provide larger, modern facilities for our own activities and the wide range of community groups who use our premises.
