Story
Welcome to my give.net fundraising page. I am using this page to raise funds for Lutterworth Foodbank.
The Foodbank has to raise £20,000 per year to operate. We are able to get some funds from grant-making trusts, but we mostly rely on the generosity of our local supporters.

All gifts given here will go to the PCC of St Mary's Church, Lutterworth (Reg. Charity #1134507) and will be used to fund the foodbank.

St Mary's Lutterworth PCC
St Mary's Lutterworth PCC is the official charity name of Lutterworth Parish Church. We oversee work within the church and in the wider community.
In supporting the church you will be enabling the Lutterworth and Villages Foodbank, pastoral care, youth and children's work, schools work, weekly services and the maintenance of our beautiful and historic building.
If you wish to, you are able to specify which work you want to support. Although giving to our general fund is so important, as you will understand that the less obvious and exciting costs (like insurance and energy bills) are essential to enable the wider vision.
For our future planning and budgetting, it is most helpful if you are able to commit to give a regular monthly gift. This means that we can plan ahead, think big picture and care well for our staff and volunteers.

28 November 2018My friend and I from way back have chosen to donate to our local food banks instead of exchanging gifts as we have sufficient and prefer to give a lift to those suffering difficulties, especially at this time of year. Happy Christmas and God bless .
