I'm doing veganuary! Because giving up cheese is hard! And I want your money for medicine! Help me!

On Feb 8th I'll be heading out with a team of UK doctors and nurses to help run a week-long clinic in the Bekaa valley in Lebanon in partnership with local projects. The valley is home to around 1.5 million refugees from Syria, and most have no idea when they will be able to return home. 

But Katie, you're not a doctor! No, I'm not, well spotted. I will be looking after patients' children while they are seen by the smart folk with stethoscopes. 

We are all self-funding the trip, but need to raise £4000 for medicines. EVERYTHING we raise will pay for prescriptions and surgeries and the trip is purely medical. Happy to chat about this in more detail if needed.
