Hey all,

I will be doing a 10mile walk for Rope Charitable Trust’s Women Walking for Women event. 

All the proceeds donated will go to supporting young women in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Specifically the BOMO centre in Kinshasa which will provide women with long lasting skills to ensure a sustainable income in sewing and tailoring services.

£12 will provide a woman with necessary materials for a year

£100 will provide a woman with a sewing machine once she graduates

£35 a month will give a woman a year’s full training at BOMO’s centre which makes all the difference to women with no financial support

I am far from fit, meaning this will definitely be a challenge. I would really appreciate your donations and encouragement to achieve my goal.
