I came across Nicholaston House completely by accident when googling Equine Therapy for Eating Disorders a few years ago. I've subsequently attended several of the Overcoming Eating Disorder courses with Helena Wilkinson there which have been life changing for me.
I've recently signed up for Trekfest The Beacons where I'm aiming to walk 50km in under 24 hours across the Brecon Beacons. This in itself is quite a challenge but add my lack of sense of direction and me being slightly accident prone, it takes on a whole new level of testing!
Any donations however small will make a huge difference and be a massive motivating factor.

Nicholaston House was built in the 1880s in a peaceful spot overlooking the sea. The building was extended in the 1960s and in 1998 Swansea City Mission purchased the House as a Christian Conference and Retreat Centre.
The vision of Nicholaston House is to create an atmosphere of love and prayer where people can find acceptance, peace, hope and healing through a Christian residential house.
The focus of Nicholaston House is to facilitate different groups for conference and away days. The primary focus, however, is as a centre for healing and restoration channelled through the various courses and retreats. In the words of a recent guest – it is a place of blessing, safety and sanctuary.
