Will you stand in solidarity with people seeking asylum this Christmas?
Asylum seekers have been hit hard by the Covid-19 pandemic.
This Christmas, they need your help more than ever.
Please dig deep and help us to fund our work empowering those who have lost everything to rebuild their lives.
With your support, we can:
* Open warm homes to people seeking asylum who are destitute
* Provide a safe and welcoming place to learn English online, make friends and have fun
* Provide access to justice and targeted legal support to those left without hope to navigate the complex asylum system alone

Bradford Ecumenical Asylum Concern
BEACON is a small charity which addresses the varied needs of the many asylum seekers that find themselves in the Bradford district. We aim to foster a culture of welcome and hospitality alongside the provision of practical support.
The Hosting Project offers accommodation in volunteer households to destitute asylum seekers who would otherwise be street homeless: our guests are not entitled to claim benefits and are denied the right to work to support themselves.
Our McKenzie Friends volunteers support asylum seekers who have no access to legal representation - accompanying them to appeal hearings and supporting them to gather new evidence.
The weekly CHAT English Conversation Club offers a place to practise English, gain confidence and combat isolation, in a fun and friendly environment.
