Wycliffe Bible Translators has a big vision: A world where everyone can know Jesus through the Bible.

1 in 5 people are still waiting. 1.5 billion people still don’t have the Bible in their language. That’s why we work with urgency, for the long term.

We serve local partners worldwide as they bring God’s word to their communities in the language which speaks to them best.

For over 60 years, we’ve been working alongside communities around the world and training local people to translate the Bible.

Currently over 360 people from the UK and Ireland are serving over 470 million people speaking over 350 languages in over 70 countries.

We partner with local churches and communities to make it possible for all peoples to discover the Bible for themselves in their own languages.

Dependent on God, backed by your financial and prayer support, specially trained personnel seek to make God’s word available to all.
