Lifecentre is a small Christian charity making a big difference in the heart of Langworthy in Salford. We work alongside the local community on our shared aim of community transformation.
Lifecentre has a range of projects, mostly delivered by amazing volunteers: a free Legal Advice clinic on family law; a food parcels project for destitute asylum seekers in partnership with the British Red Cross, counselling, a women's running group and a flag American football team to support local people get fit and active.
For children and young people we deliver a Nurture Breakfast Group every term time morning to help children have a better start to their school day; six holiday clubs across Salford to challenge holiday hunger; a transition group to support children making the big move to High School, and our Jesus and Me club for children wanting to know more about the Christian faith.
