Welcome to In2Out's give.net fundraising page.
In 2018, we plan to recruit a Mentor Coordinator to support lads returning to the North West region of England. As well as supporting lads directly, they will be responsible for building partnerships with employers, training opportunities and faith communities, as well as developing a network of volunteer mentors to come alongside young people leaving custody.
What we do works, and lives are getting back on track! If you'd like to be part of what In2Out is doing, then please join us and give whatever you can. It really will make a difference!
Donating with give.net is really easy and completely secure. If you are a UK taxpayer, please confirm that you would like to reclaim Gift Aid on your donation. This will add 25p to every £1 you give.
In2Out works to reduce reoffending by bringing positive change into the lives of young boys leaving custody, the majority aged 15 to 18, but up to 21 years of age, most of whom are returning to the north of England. We do this through one-to-one mentoring, via a network of salaried, regionally focused, Mentor Coordinators, who are supported by volunteer mentors. In the last 4 years In2Out has supported close to 300 young people leaving custody.
We are making a difference. The national reoffending rate for 15-18 year olds within 12 months of release from custody is 69%. This is a true reflection of the particular challenges facing this very vulnerable group, and equally the challenges of working with them to affect positive change. In 2017, the reoffending rate for young people working with In2Out was less than 25%.
