Raised out of £ 100.00 target
1st Corby, Stanion and Gretton Scout troops are missing the chance of a Winter Camp this year so have decided to have a virtual event and camp outside in their gardens for a night this January. Doubling up the event to gain their fundraising badge too they are gathering sponsors to take on this challenge.
All money raised will be going direct to Corby Homeless Project. They provide amazing work helping people gain life skills while giving support and accommodation, using local help and support to enable the residents to gain employment and a fresh start in new homes. They aren't just a shelter but a full support service who rely on charitable donations.
Welcome to my Stewardship fundraising page. Donating with Stewardship is really easy and completely secure. If you are a UK taxpayer, please confirm that you would like to reclaim Gift Aid on your donation. This will add 25p to every £1 you give. Thanks for visiting!
ENCS supports homeless people and those suffering from addiction. We achieve this through the provision of temporary residential accommodation, rehabilitation programmes, and assistance in finding permanent accommodation and jobs. In addition, ENCS operates one food bank and provides administrative support for a second. The charity’s community support work also includes a drop-in café two mornings a week.
Our mission is to enable disadvantaged people to live independent and fulfilled lives.
Our approach is to accompany beneficiaries on their journey, providing supportive relationships where they can feel safe, be inspired, and rebuild their self-confidence and life.
We do this by providing the following services:
- Rushden night shelter
- Corby Homeless project
- Homeless Outreach in East Northants
- Rushden Food bank
- Recovery House
- Administrative support to Raunds and Thrapston food bank
- Cornerfield Cafe
