Story

Welcome to Christ Church Stanningtons Christain Aid Appeal 2021.  This years appeal is focussed on helping those impacted by the Climate Crisis. Droughts are now more frequent and more intense due to the climate crisis. For example millions of people in Kenya, are struggling to get enough food and water. Giving to the appeal could help a community build an earth dam, so when the rains do come, they will have the water they need to live.  Together we STOP this climate crisis.

As part of this appeal Sue Spencer is doing the 300,000 steps challenge. Her plan is to walk 10k steps per day for 30 days during April and May. She is looking for volunteers to join her for a days walk. Please contact her if you wish to do this.
