Story
Welcome to the fundraising page for The Berrystead's sponsored walk. We are walking to raise money for our adopted charity, The Bethany Children's Trust. In particular, we want to help BCT's partner project in Zambia, Wukwashi wa Nzambi, which gives advice and practical support to children with disabilities and their families.
In Zambia, children with disabilities often have very limited opportunities. Can you help us help them? £5 will help to run a weekly support group. £10 will help to fund an operation for a disabled child. £200 will buy a wheelchair and give a child new-found independence.
Over the last two years, we've raised over £2,500 for BCT's work with disabled children. We'd love to get past the £3,000 mark this year. Thanks so much for your support!
