RFSK is the UKs oldest retreat house and community charity. We are absolutely committed to supporting some of the challenging needs in Tower Hamlets, one of the most deprived boroughs in the UK. Your donation supports our work around food poverty, loneliness, care for the elderly, literacy and supporting refugee networks. We also provide a community cafe which connects people together. We promote retreats around the country as a key resource for mental and spiritual health. We also subsidise retreats and meetigns for other charities to make them affordable. We need to Raise an addiitonal £60K pa to support all this work in addition to the £200K pa that we invest from our own resources.
