Increase Trust supports the work of Increase Association. This is a network of Christian organisations that work alongside local churches to provide church-based Theological Education by Extension (TEE) for adults in Asia and beyond. Courses are based on small group teaching. They are written by experinced teachers, educationalists and theologians adn groups are led by volunteers. Courses can be adapted to local culture and have been translated into many languages. Teaching combines personal study, group discussion and practical exercises to apply learning. Increase also trains course leaders, course writers and national co-ordinators. It provides support through sharing of best practice and conferences.

Increase is currently developing the wider use of digital media and the internet for those who cannot reach a TEE group in person and is pioneering oral teaching methods for those who cannot yet read.
