I said I wouldn't but I'm taking on the Thames Path Challenge for CHIPS again - 100km from Putney to Henley over 24 hours.

It's a long way and there will be no chance to sleep but then peacemaking can be a long process and needs commitment.

I've been working for CHIPS for just over a year and I am increasingly inspired by what we do and the team doing it.  People making sacrifices to live at the heart of conflict and to work with all sides until peace is made.

It is estimated that over 2 billion people around the world are impacted by violent conflict.  We believe we can help and want to take our peacemaking work to as many communities as possible.

Anything you sponsor me will go towards expanding our work and bringing peace to more areas of the world

Donating with is really easy and completely secure. If you are a UK taxpayer, please confirm that you would like to reclaim Gift Aid on your donation. This will add 25p to every £1 you give.

Thanks !

Christian International Peace Service

Christian International Peace Service (CHIPS) works to contribute to peace in areas of tension and conflict around the world. CHIPS teams work to build and rebuild relationships by living in the tension area and undertaking practical projects serving all communities involved. The team, drawn from all sides of the conflict, live, eat, pray and work together among the people, as a living example of God’s peace in their communities.
